What is your favorite Opiate/Opioid to snort?

What is your favorite opiate or opioid to snort? Why do you prefer it? (rush, drip, smoothness, effect, ect.)

Choices:
Heroin
Oxycodone
Morphine
Hydromorphone
Methadone
Oxymorphone
Meperidine/Pethidine
Other? (please explain)

Snorting drugs is my preferred route of administration because of the quick onset. My favorite Opioid to snort is Hydromorphone. Even though many would tell me to shoot it instead. It has the fastest onset of all I have tried (I am yet to try Oxymorphone though).

the best to snort i would say is oxy breaks up nicely with a shaver and the drip taste good . but yea iv the onset is very quick within seconds but if i could i would go back to snorting shit i cant get the monkey off my back 8(

i would like to try the snorting rout of opiates.when i was growing up i am in my 40's you snorted crank or cocaine.the pills you ate and the h you shot but there were no oxycontin 30 years ago.can you snort them?i would not know.i have done it all but old school.i would not mind getting some powdered opium like the old days but i have not seen that in 20 years.you could snort that i am sure

i would like to try the morphones opioids. but i would say for snorting H altough i haven't snorted many opiates
 
It's between oxycodone or h, depending on my tolerance. With no/low tolerance I'd choose oxycodone, but if my tolerance is high it's definitely h. Insufflating oxycodone with a high tolerance is a bitch, too much damn powder.
 
I always loved the smell of the OC or ABG 80s. I hate to be like Richard Pryor, but I just liked how they smelled =D

The heroin Ive sniffed didnt hurt or anything, but it didnt have a pleasant taste. Kind of a smell I can only describe as... yeasty? I dunno
 
Back in the day:

purdue OC, went in so smoothly....H always cloged up my nose and had that vinegary aftertaste during the drip, it was an aqquired taste,but Purdue OC's went down and the drip was bittery nicean ou were feeling a rush by then.

Morphine kinda sucked down the nose, nevertheless I snorted them like a motherfucker.
 
Id def. say oxy. Oxycodone sucks IV in my opinion, and most of the other ones (except methadone) are perfect for IV. I dont think very many people are all sniff methadone, so to me that seems a pretty odd choice to include in the list.
 
Bitter taste for oxycontin

I find that codeine gives a very pleasant and lasting high with the least side effects.

Pentazocine makes me hallucinate in a semi-waking state, but has no other unpleasant aftertastes.

The bitterness of swallowed or snorted oxycontin makes me nauseous to the point where even thinking of it makes my stomach turn. Hydromorphone is tolerable both orally and nasally and gives a powerful buzz.

Last weekend after the cleaning staff passed through our offices the residual smell of disinfectant and cleaner made me nauseous because it was the same odour I recalled after I crushed OxyC 20s in honey and dissolved in tea to drink. Egad! Just writing this is making me nauseous!

Why would you drink a pill? Crush the pill and put it into an empty gelcap. If you can't find empty gelcaps, buy some vitamins that are in gelcaps, pop them open, and pour out the junk and replace it with the good stuff. There is no reason to put yourself through the torture of drinking a pill, I won't even chew a pill. I either eat it whole, put it in a gelcap, or snort it.
Going back to the original topic, I prefer snorting half of a brand name OC80.
 
I'd have to say heroin and oxycodone for the instant euphoric rush, and the instant nod you can get with the H.
 
Thanks for the gelcap suggestion Druggist, it seems to be a better option but I'm concerned about whether the gelcaps are sourced from animals like swine. I have a religious dietary restriction against this. Oxycontin powder is so incredibly bitter to me that not even strongly honeyed tea can mask it.
