What is your favorite HEALTHY munchie food?

Hey Crystal WTF does this have to do with healthly living?

He/she didn't ask about what was a healthy munchie... this has nothing to do with healthy living at all.

We are paying you good money to keep things on topic around here! ;)

( :) )

Any way.. Freah homemade bread, and good butter... toast, eat... yum .

What do you want me to do edit it out 8( People will post what they wanna post. I think it's been made abundantly clear here what is healthy and what is not and it's up to these junk food loving people to figure that out for themselves. We aren't babysitters.

I changed the title to make it more clear than.

I don't know if they have it overseas, but Sultana Bran! The cold milk and juicy sultanas make it so tasty! I like apples for the munchies too, they sound so cool when you bite into them.

Yum...i love this as well. And always always with cold milk. :)

Doesn't dank mean bad? Or did you mean bad? Damn slang :)
Dank means good. Like "Dank weed" :)

I love eating just plain raisins. Although most times they give me gas. :\

dried fruit, esp Turkish smyrna figs, cherries and cranberries
almonds, any way
soy ice cream/frozen yogurt
sugar snap peas

well quick: fuit

something to work on while "up" : a nice cooked vegetable dish with a bit of meat ( chiken, turkey, dear..etc)

i never do the latter. (lazy)

People mock me for it, mostly due to the smell, but I love those cans of flavoured tuna the cliched 'morning after'. Often there is no spoon, so I just bend the lid in to a scoop and dig away at it, occasionally cutting my lip and tongue- but it's always worth it! That health supplement Yakult is a god-send, tastes great and at least in theory instigates a ceasefire in my war torn digestive system.

Otherwise soft fruit like kiwi, banana (but not recently as they are so fucking expensive- like $11/kg), and plain high fat yoghurt- I can't stand that low fat, 99% shit.

Trader Joe's "Spicy" Soy & Flax Tortilla chips.. oh so good

Pita and hummus are always welcome. Many mixed nuts, dried fruits too.

any nuts . . .

or two very ripe bananas blended with a raw egg and some cinammon powder...

and brown bread with a bit of butter, then marmite on top of that, then loads of avocado on top of all that, then some cayenne pepper and some EM-salt ... aah!

I'm a jerky boy. I love organic beef jerky, trader joe's salmon jerky, and tuna jerky. and also love sunflower seeds. i think i maybe addicted to sunflower seeds :\

I've tried a South African version called Biltong or Stokkies? They are both distinct from jerky as they are air dried.

Very nice, may have to check out a RSA butcher to get hold of some though.

Can't go wrong with some low-fat cottage cheese, tuna, hazelnuts/almonds/brazil nuts etc.

haha sorry man. dank is a good thing. i relate to munchies because good weed is called dank, as are good munchies.

Those morning star buffalo wings are excellent. My new thing is peanut butter and walnuts on whole wheat bread. This sounds strange, and of course there's a lot of fat, but I highly recommend it.
