Morphine when IV'd is my favourite at the moment. For drugs that arent injected its probably a tie between LSD and cocaine with GBL and ketamine being a tie for second.

At first I wanted to vote for the mighty horse.
But then I thought of rolling and tripping. MDMA, LSD, Molly. I love the thought of taking a tiny little pill or a drop on the tongue and having to clear out the next six to eight hours for an intense trip. The ups and downs. The peaks and valleys. You think it's over and then BANG, it hits you again. The visuals, the laughter, the full body trip. I frigging love it!!! Unless you have a bad trip but that's another story.
