No idea, probably around 200ish but I've been doing them for 5 years so I don't think that's too bad. Don't feel any different and I know people in 4 figures who still *appear* to function normally. To be honest my use is nothing compared to most people over here.

Don't do E anymore but I did them for about two years. Left off at less than 25 total. Did it every couple of months no more than 2 per time. Some of the numbers on here are pretty scary...
I may drool when I am old but at least I will be able to wipe my own mouth (and ass for that matter).
