In general I stick to:
100-200 mg Ginkgo biloba extract daily
300 mg Maca extract 3-4 times a week, during strenuous days
300 mg Bacopa monnieri daily
100 mg L-Theanine to combat work-related stress
1 gram Piracetam daily, just started
1 gram Chocamine or two cups of coffee/yerba mate daily
1 gram NAC 2-3 times a week, or after heavy drinking/drug use
Vitamins A, C, E & Selenium blend every other day
2-3 grams Omega-3 Fatty Acids daily
Vitamin C occasionally, on days when I don't take the A, C, E & Selenium blend
5 mg melatonin/healthy pinch of GABA on days when I'm still edgy and need to get to sleep.
100 mg Huperzine A, occasionally
1 capsule Milk Thistle Extract if I've been drinking/drugging a bit much
Eleuthero and Ginsend blend, seldom
500 mg Phenibut to balance an anxious or mildly depressed mood
250 mg Magnesium occasionally, or prior to using strong stimulants
Think that's all, seems like a lot when written down like that, but I don't typically take any nootropics on weekends unless I need to concentrate for extended periods on a task. I don't perceive myself as a heavy supplement user, or supplement-dependent, the nootropics just give me an edge in a competitive academic environment, and most of the others are a form of preventative medicine used mainly to alleviate the effects of stress in general.
