Can anyone identify what is in this bag. I found it while cleaning out my brothers room. It looks like some type of herbal mixture...? I need to know because if it's smokeable i may want to smoke it. I know some spices are really dangerous so i would like to know what it is before i try to inhale it...

I'm pretty sure we can't ID substances because you can't really ID it just by a picture, you'd need to use a test kit or at the very least smell it, feel the texture of it like is it hard, oily, gritty etc but... Don't by any means take my word for this but looking at that image it looks a lot like resin/pollen. I'm not a weed smoker so again don't take my word for it and please test it before doing anything with it.

it's totally 100% impossible to say w/ any real accuracy.
but if I had to hazard a guess I'd say hash/weed concentrate of some sort.
BUT
there's also the possibility it could be heroin.

what does it smell like? that should give you a clue.
