Ok people, i have been doing heroin on a fairly regular basis for the past 2 years+ now, and recently moved to a new place where they sell something different to the conventional H...
...the first thing to strike me of this stuff is the price tag - about 13$ compared to the 4'-45$ of H...
the name is 'cobrett' (though this is italian, maybe means nothing to yous)...
...the effect on the body are practically identical to H, but on the mind this stuff has a far more 'druggie' feeling to it - by which i mean i can't cope with conversation as well as with H (which usually boosts social behaviour), this 'cobrett' tends to blur my mind a little, making me less sharp...
another difference i've been told about (fortunately never experienced it myself though) is that this stuff gives more intense physical withdrawls than normal H.
...i've asked people in the area where i buy this stuff, but they're all a bunch of friggin junkies (i'm new around here, so i dont actually know anyone who's into this stuff)... essentially i get two points of view:
- its a 'low-grade' heroin
- its a synthetic form of heroin
...i favour the second of these answers, even if that doesnt tell me much of this substance... anyone able to enlighten me on the issue?

sputnic - i should've said it's probably not Fentanyl coz this stuff is the standard light-brown colour of any other H...
so visually you cannot distinguish it at all... the taste is the usual **bitter** (difficult to tell how close to H though) and there is a different with smell, coz this stuff hardly has any at all... this being the sole reason for which i privilege the synthetic dope explanation...
but i still dont know wtf this is...

I did a google search for "cobrett" and got nothing. However, if you search for "cobret" you get quite a lot of information, for example
"Ever more popular too is the use of cobret, a brown powder derived from cocaine, and free-base or crack: cocaine which can be smoked."
from this Dutch website
and
"Cobret is a new drug made with heroin that has been cut with other toxic substances. To be consumed it must be heated up and then inhaled. Being rather inexpensive (10-20.000 lire per dose), it seems to be most used drug among young people in Naples. The drug as already reached Rome and is slowly moving towards the Northen regions of Italy."
