Wow...dark for sure, but you probably summed up most people's opiate experience and subsequent addiction with a scary amount of truth. Most people think theyre different, that what happens to the rest of the world doesnt apply to them, and most people are wrong. The question the op asked is seemingly simple, but the answer is certainly not.
The question shouldnt be "what do opiates feel like" but more like "what happens when i find out how great they make me feel"! It isnt simply a coincidence that opiates are constantly in the news, and the topic of so many threads on this site! Research, research, then research some more. And dont selectively read the posts that focus on how great the feeling is, do yourself and everyone that knows you a favor and pay attention to the amount of posts dealing with the addiction aspect, the withdrawals, and most importantly what has happened to the lives of the people posting.
Im not trying to be a buzzkill, and used the "right" way opiates are damn fun, but you need to know all aspects to make an educated decision. As far as dosages go, what has already been said sounds right to me. You can always take more but you can never go backwards so dont take 60-80 mgs to start. You will most likely just get sick anyway if you have no tolerance.
One last thing, i often read the "my dealer got arrested" line, but FME far more users are sitting in jail than dealers, you will just have to trust me on that one.
