What is this headache?
Okay so I whacked the back of my head from falling. It hurt for like 2 days but it was fine after that. A week after I whacked my head I did a couple of drugs (don't judge). We did Alcohol, speed, mdma and mushrooms over the weekend.

When I was on mushrooms it felt like my brain was frying. But I was fine after a long sleep.

A month or so later I got a headache on my period. Kinda similar to migrane. Now 1.5 months ago, I've had a headache for like 2 weeks. It's been constant.

I checked my blood levels at the doctors, everything was fine. Vitamins and everything. But the headache is still there. I got severe anxiety a couple of weeks ago and I think that triggered it. But now it just won't go away even though my anxiety has subsided.

Is it possible that I've damaged my head or brain? I haven't used any substances for more than 3 months.

I've been suffering constant headaches for the last 18 months and no doctor has been able to do a damn thing about it.
I never suffered a head injury however, but still best of luck on your future treatments and please keep me posted :(
I'd try a neurologist or someone knowledgable on spinal nerves.
These nerves can play a huge role in head pain, perhaps you have a slipped or rotated disc.
As well what kind of headaches? Tension headaches like someone is squeezing a band around your head?
Throbbing? Do they feel better when you've been laying down for a period?
Are try sensitive to light or sound? And finally do they make you feel nauseous at times?

It's unlikely that this is related to drug-use especially considering you have not used any for months and I take it the headaches haven't stopped.

Maybe some drugs can augment the risk of cardiovascular complications or something like that but there is no reason to think that any drug you mentioned caused headaches like this out of the blue. Mushrooms are physically safe and it is the only drug you mentioned that can amplify painful feelings. The other ones tend to numb them.

This site cannot really diagnose something for you, only help you focus on what's important and one of these things is our health. But hopefully saying that if it's bad enough you need to visit a doctor, especially if it clearly started after you hit your head, other than that we here cannot help and it's not on the topic of drugs. Maybe try healthy living, but I expect them to point you to a healthcare professional at some point or other.

Good luck with that.
