What is the strength of Vyvanse VS Adderall in your experience?

Actually your not the only one ha I thought I was the only one. I use to take vyvanse doses anything ranging from 60mgs-140mgs. I've recently been taking adderall IR. 40mgs of adderall IR is suppose to be equivelent to about 80-85mgs of vyvanse I believe and I felt like the 80mgs of vyvanse felt stronger than when I take 40mg of adderall.

It doesn't make sense to me. Maybe it has to do with the different brands of adderall or possibly the tolerance I built abusing vyvanse for 7 months =p

Now... I need a plan... how to convince my psychiatrist to switch me from 20mg Adderall XR to a 70mg Vyvanse...

That would be a red flag
Major red flag

I'll just see if he'll go for a switch, and I'll say I just want to try it out since its just a DRI instead of DNRI

Plus, this 20mg Adderall XR hardly does shit now, even though I was off it for several months before starting again, idk what happened... suddenly its just like... hardly there

Vyvanase is still a DNRI - it's a prodrug for dexamphetamine.
Oral administration helps a lot with bioavailibility - the largest area under the curve is produced with oral admin. instead of e.g. snorting.

Dex has small impact on Norepinephrine..
Dex is a DRI

^i believe dextroamp has a pretty significant effect on norepinepherine levels.

but this thread is set up as an ongoing discussion--check out State of BDD.

also a reminder to users in general, advice about how to obtain scripts from doctors is not allowed on bluelight--check out BDD Guidelines and the BLUA.

anyone has any questions, give me a PM.
