What is the safest (but also the highest dosage) for a person with social anxiety?

Very dodgy once you start taking benzo's for everyday scenario's. Please do NOT go there, misery is almost inevitable.


Try and find a anti anxiety medicinal cannabis strain instead. If you do not smoke Cannabis, then use CBT therapy.


You can't be something you are not, just be quiet/reserved/shy, no one has to be the life and soul of it all !
 
I've been on 1 - 1.5mg of klonopin every night for 4 years to help deal with my severe social anxiety. IMO benzos are too strong to take during the day unless you're very prone to panic attacks. I would get even more socially anxious taking ativan/xanax during the day because I felt tired and foggy even on 0.25mg. Maybe that's just me, but now I'm addicted to klonopin which really sucks.
