What is the rarest drug you ever used?

Probably 4-AcO-DET. Rare enough that it isn't even listed in TIHKAL, but I bet at least one person here has had it.
 
rare for americans :

high quality smoking opium (home-made dont know if it classifies as rare then?)
loads of different / rare hash (varyiyin from powder we cal it pollen , bubbe hash , rede libanese etc)

benzo's & downers : bromazepam , tetrazepam , ethylmorphine , carbezepam(?carmazepate) , clorazepate ,nitrazepam,oxazepam

smoking quality (max 70 %) smoking opium


maybe il remember more
(oral/sniffed)
amphetamine sulfate (high quality eurospeed)

rare in general : valium im , librium im(V) ,old pharm morphine vials (snorted),
khat ( chewed)

2C-D, 2C-P, MIPT, ethylone, butylone, 4-fluoro-amphetamine, 5-MeO-DALT, Salvinorin A, kratom, dried khat leaves.

None of these are "rare" as such I guess, just proved harder for me to find than some others, resp. are in shorter supply... though I am sure something like khat leaves is readily available, even fresh and not dried, if you are in the right place (culturally). Same goes for all the drugs I have listed I suppose. They're not REALLY rare in a certain world.


@ebola: I know, no sources... but, er.... is that commercially available? Never heard of it...
 
i can't think of a single rare drug i've taken, sadly. i've got the lamest connections (read: none.) lsd was a bitch to find, but i wouldn't consider it rare in general.

the only way to make a profit like this is to either grow your own cacti or to set the price high enough, in which event the average psychedelic user would rather jump on some $5/hit cid or $10/g shrooms. It's a sad thing, but meeting psychedelics conoisseurs is pretty damn rare. To most people, twelve hours on acid is equivalent to twelve hours on mescaline. I agree though, mescaline should definitely not be considered a 'rarity' nor should hash oil (of any purity). There is isomerized hash oil available quite freely in B.C. and the power of the internet has extended that range to the rest of the world as well (excluding the fascist U.S.). Not to mention, hash oil is extremely easy to make for anyone with cannabis on hand. I guess the rarest drug I consume as often as possible would be good ol absinthe (pre-ban Swiss absinthe, not to be confused with any shite passed off as absinthe in the past century) but this statement makes me a hypocrite as absinthe can also be made by anyone who has the patience to research and put a little work into the affair. So if you've ever taken the bother to make your own mescaline or hash oil, a pre-ban absinthe recipe is most definitely worth a shot
 
I got ahold of some mescaline pills at a Widespread Panic Show three years ago and absolutely fucking loved it.

It was goood. It's listed in the scientific literature under the acronym MDAI.

And as for mescaline, most mescaline sold on the rave scene is usually cid. You can tell by the size of the pill. It takes 500mg, i.e. a horse pill, to get to full-on psychedelic state for most people. While mescaline is scarce, it does pop up once in awhile. A friend in the 80's scored a kilo for $9,000. Works out to about $4.50 a dose. He sold it for 8-10, and everybody was loving it.

It used to be that DMT was rare, but, not so, anymore, which would have been my answer. I don't know, I guess I'm not into seeking out the rare, anymore. Old age, I guess:).

Decriminalize ALL drugs!

as for my own rare experience: a friend from Florida once brought us some windowpane acid. liquid LSD mixed with gelatin and formed into a clear little sheet that melts in your mouth (or in your hand... if you're not careful ;))

liquid acid in general is one of those things that only comes around now and again in these parts. it's definitely a 'treat'...
