AC&C from Canada
My ex-girlfriend gave me a shit load of those when we were going out. OTC codeine is pretty much nonexistent here in southeastern U.S. The rarest drug that I have ever used would probably be real opium.

Ketamine once. Was given a bottle of liquid Oxycontin from a friend whose father died of cancer. She snagged it when they were about to throw all the remaining meds away. That was nice.... I also smoked something one time that a friend brought to a party. After taking a huge hit, it was like a really intense great feeling trip, but it only lasted less than a minute. Never found out what it was....

not that rare anymore since doctor's are starting to hand out opana's like candy, in fact i just got 90 filled yesterday

trihexyphenidyl - deliriant
pure MDA
and given the place i live in - coke

Guess it's hard to say which drugs are rare. As Divinemoment says, it's quite relative. But I guess the rarest drugs I've tried (for my area at least) must be:

Black tar opium
Haloperidol (don't ever ask me why I tried this stuff for recreational purposes 8) )
4-AcO-DiPT
(Pure) MDE

Had a chance to try 4-AcO-MiPT once, that was probably the most coolest trip I've ever had too.

i don't know what exactly constitutes rarity... like exotic or just hard to get... so i'll say 2ci, dmt and molly powder.

previously i had said:

marinol, dilaudid, opium, and LSD.

well now i can add a rarer drug than all of those.

Deodorized Tincture of Opium (DTO) otherwise known as Laudanum
, since the 1527, its gotta be effective if its been prescribed for over 480 years haha. and probably rare because i'm sure a lot of things have replaced it, like morphine pills (mscontin) and oxy/hydrocodone, etc...
