What is the physiology that prevents rolling while on SSRI?

I'm curious about exactly why one can't roll while on an SSRI antidepressant. I've heard that the SSRI takes control of the serotonin production in the brain and blocks access to other chemicals. Is there any truth to that or is there some other chemical reason for this phenomenon? If this has been discussed before (it probably has at some point) please direct me to that thread. Thnx :)

Selective Serotonin Re uptake Inhibitor. SSRIs prevent serotonin reuptake while MDMA floods serotonin reuptake. Essentially they counteract each other.
