ESPN did a similar question a couple weeks ago, and I would like to ask this to my fellow BL football fans.

who do you got and why?

I'm taking the Colts and Steelers.

I voted for the colts.

I'm hopeful for my 49ers next season. Michael Crabtree, Frank Gore and Vernon Davis are some serious offensive weapons if we can get a quarterback to play well, and our defense was one of the better ones in the league.

oh yeah, I completely forgot about the Chargers. hopefully they take my long-said advice and fire Norv Turner. Marty-ball was so much better.

I still think that the Colts and the Steelers will be the teams to beat in the AFC. I am for the Steelers, not only because I am a shameless homer, but in the fact that they usually bomb their post-SB year only to get successfully back under the radar and back to the SB.

the Colts are pretty much the easy choice. with Peyton Manning one usually contends for the title.

first the Chargers and now the Cowboys?!

you guys can't just pick any random team from the hat here.

/sigh

fine.

I think the EAGLES can make some serious moves if they play their cards right this offseason. I'm kind of sick seeing Mcnabb running around almost half-heartedly...it seems like the guy can play a whole game, shittily or not, and never break a sweat. He makes it look easy in a bad way. I'd still take him for next season though. I agree with the "be careful what you wish for" sentiments. Mcnabb is still a beast, especially since he still has his mobility.

the Eagles are now with the Chargers for me. I used to think they can go places, because they have talent, but now I have pretty much given up on them in the off-season.

Yeah, totally. The Cowboys can probably be lumped into this group as well, which is a pity considering all the talent these teams have.

I picked the Pats, not because I like them (I don't), but because this last year, they seemed to be just a hair off of being the dominating team of years passed...

obviously the colts just like it is every year -sigh-

go texans (fuck my life)

As a Steelers fan, I'm required to vote for them. But, with the Ravens picking up Boldin and having a ton of young talent on offense, especially their O line, I think they're going to be a tough out. If they can get help in their defensive backfield in the draft and if Ladarius Webb returns from his injury, they'll be pretty solid throughout the roster.

I have an odd feeling about the Eagles in the NFC. It could be something I ate, though.

the Ravens picking up Boldin is scary news for this fellow fella who bleeds black and gold. a wide out of that caliber can make even the likes of Joe Flacco look good.

my dad was from Pittsburgh and engrained into my pysche Steelers/Penguins love at childbirth. for what it's worth, I'm glad I don't like Ohio professional football teams - my hair would already be grey at my young age.
