because i started my lovely oxy habit after a car accident in florida it was rather easy to get large scrips of 30 mg oxycodone ! my first ever oxy script was 10/325 #60 right out of the ER in Broward county FL
I then went to a "doctor" who takes cash only and was asked, no lie word for word ! "what do you want" ? no exam just a line of people behind me some with track marks on there arms, necks. ill never forget the guy with the track marks on his forehead and neck, man that dude was scary looking. I would like to know whats the largest opiate prescription you or someone you know has been prescribed. please no hearsay must have seen the # amount with your own two eyes! so anyway i left Dr lazapenas office with these here scrips

30mg IR oxy #240 for lumbar pain
15mg IR oxy #120 for break through Pain
2mg Xanax (Alprazolam) #90 for anxiety which i never even had taken before this fateful day!
30mg adderall #60 for ADHD @ that time i was on 10mg 4x a day but dr gladly uped me 20mg a day

I have seen (80mg oxy oc #120,) (30mg ir #480 with 15mg #120 BTP) before i looked at the #480 i truly thought that #240 was the highest amount allowed! so i asked my DR and dr LAZ old man was at least 70 years old. whats the highest amount that can be prescribed and he responded well son thats up to the Doctor. but never gave me more then the 240, 120,90, 60.

so please tell me what brought you to this amount "diagnosis" and did you pay cash or did your DR take insurance ?

oooo yeah by the way this particular dr had his MD licence taken from him. but at 300$ a visit every 30 days for 3 plus years he retired with no medical licence and a shit load of cash idk how much but i do know for a fact he was fined and lost his MD licence but did no time in jail ! and i would bet he made out like a legal drug lord that he was. and when this happened i went right over to the next DR doing the same shit only difference was my 30mg script went to #210 and my 15mg #90 !!!

I saw a 180/weekly refill for sickle cell, oxy 30ir.. I don't know anything about it and how the fuck that's necessary but it's the only time oxies were (almost) cheaper than heroin.

Most ive had come in contact with was 250 blues a buddy of mine set up a deal and i was there for 'protection' and to get some of them for myself.

Also a guy i used to live with had cancer and the pharmacy delivered his script to the house and i got it for him and looked an found out he was getting 110 blues a month.

I've been SUFFERING with chronic back pain for the last 15 months, so bad I've had to quit my job and some days I can't even leave my bed. I live in a small town in Northen Canada that has only one doctor.

My prescription 15 months ago until now is
20mg IR oxycodone per day,

That's it. At first it helped quite a bit but now my tolerance is so high I need to take all the 20mg at once and I only get 4 hours or so of relief.

I'm so jealous of people who's doctors aren't afraid to prescribe people who are actually suffering reasonable doses of opiates to help manage the pain.

My doctor I had seen 2-3 times gave me two 150 10/325 scripts of hydrocodone due to an abscess, unaware it was from shooting dope (horrible couple of months). I was shocked when she handed them to me.

The other day I scratched my cornea and went to the doctor in a bunch of pain, I just wanted some eye drops to make the pain go away! He wrote me a script for 20 5-325's (and some eye drops). Even extracting them and taking it at once probably wouldn't do shit so I just took 2 when I had a headache or something.

Funny enough the eye drops really didn't do shit and the pain disappeared in a day, probably would have by it's own.

Seen? In a depressing palliative home care situation, bottles and bottles of synthetics, semi-synthetics, and straight up opiates. All liquid for constant IV infusion. I'd guess the equivalent of 50+ grams of morphine or more. Soooo sucky.

I poster here I read awhile ago talked about how he went to a high end treatment place, and he was on 200mg, there was seemingly no limit. Crazy stuff.

In terms of prescriptions, probably my dealer's house - guy has Midazolam, Alprazolam, Diazepam, Pethidine (Demerol), Morphine, Fentanyl, Tramadol, and Dihydrocodeine out the ass, and I'm fairly certain it all comes either from a crooked doc or forged prescriptions, aside from the occasional top up he has to make from other people who're prescribed the same drugs when he runs out early.

As far as regular drugs go, probably seeing him with like 25g of Butyr-Fentanyl. Or having 800mg of that Butyr-Fentanyl myself :D

As far as highest doses go, I haven't really seen as crazy doses as some people here, but at one point I smoked that 800mg of Butyr-Fentanyl in just 4 days of binging all day on the stuff - left me with some pretty crazy tolerance to get rid of. The second would just be when I was on 1.2g of Dihydrocodeine and 60-180mg of Morphine a day - that wasn't prescribed though, just what I was taking myself.

Although I agree there's a lot of dick-sizing in threads like this, this is a discussion forum after all, and while the primary purpose is harm reduction, we're free to discuss other things that interest us too. Personally it interests me to see some of the ridiculously huge prescriptions people have seen/had themselves, sheds a light on how different doctors are across the world, when some will flinch at the mention of Codeine, and others are happy to toss someone enough opiates to kill a small island.

That said, thinking about it maybe this thread would be better in Drug Culture than Other Drugs, since that forum is suited to those kind of curiosity questions about other peoples drug use.

It's usually some what obvious when a person is lying or attempting too, I for one though find threads like this fairly interesting. I've seen probably a couple books of some amazing LSD once when I was buying half a sheet. Guy was nuts! He was daring me to eat the whole half right then but wouldn't put up anything for it, with my tolerance at the time and having tripped a day or so before, it he would have given me something worth more than the half I probably would have done it. It probably would have been batshit but oh well, would've been a weird story! He had a book bag he unzipped and bam more LSD then I'll ever see again. I've seen about ten pounds of awesome headies when I came by when my guy was reupping. My dad was getting something like sixty fentanyl patches, two hundred and fifty morphine, a hundred or so oxycodone, sixty or so hydrocodone, sixty or so Xanax, and twenty five or so lorazepam when he had terminal cancer, I think there was even more, but it's been sometime now..... I've seen heaps of psychedelic and dissociative RCs as well. Something like five hundred grams of GHB. Five hundred grams of 1-ethnyl-cyclohexanol. A kilo or two of 1,4 b. Five grams of Etizolam once as well. Something approaching twenty five grams of stellar DMT. Six grams of extracted mescaline.

Probably something I'm missing but it's not that crazy to see large amounts of drugs if you live in a big city, have friends that deal, and such!

I'm currently prescribed 2 100mcg/hr fentanyl patches EVERY day. Plus 6 8mg Dilaudid a day. This is the highest amount of opiates I have heard of being prescribed to someone... especially someone whose only 25.

I was moved up from 2 100mcg/hr patches every 2 days to 2 patches every day after almost 4 years on the same dose.
