What is the healthiest quick meal?

Also, buying bulk snacks, like raw almonds and dried fruit (if you can find w/o preservatives) are great.

almonds and dried mangos are probably why I didn't die of starvation during a 6 month cocaine/amphetamine/mephedrone bringe. My best friend and partner in crime and I always MEANT to eat properly, but we'd only actually manage a few real meals a week... other than that it was almonds, dried mango, multivitamins and plenty of fluids... and we both lived to tell the tale

barley grass is always handy to have around when meals need to be made "simple"

'tis one of my favorite athletic "supplements"

One of the criterias is that it shouldnt require any cooking or preperation. Boiling an egg, making a sanwich, cooking up soup all lead to disaster, as while the stuff is on the cooker, I'll go away to top myself off, waking up to the kitchen smelling burned.... hehe

baby food. you don't even need to chew it.

also - magnesium and b6 vitamins (keep nervous system healthy, reduce fainting/dizzy spells) washed down with flavoured milk through a straw - i always found it easier to consume things through a straw when i had to force myself to eat something but really didn't feel like chewing.
when you feel really depleted, try to get ANYTHING in your stomach, even if it's just a couple of bites of bread or a few spoonfuls of yogurt.
a teaspoon of salt in a glass of water takes like absolute crap but eases the leg cramps you get after being up for days.
