I'm confused, I have trawled forums, but can someone please explain the basic differences between Cannabinoids and Herbal Incense and Synthetic?

I have tried 'branded' herbal incense, not habitually, only recreationally, but I like to know what I put in me from time to time isn't too harmful and is the best.

From what I've read it seems that branded is pretty much NOT recommended?

Why?

When taking before, I have only ever used with tobacco in a rizla, but am I right in thinking cannabinoids are ingested in a different manner?

If so, how? Or can tobacco be used?

I have many questions! But if someone could answer these it would be a great start!

Many Thanks

They are all essentially the same thing, which is synthetic cannabinoids. You should not buy branded herbal incense. I've looked up some of the stuff they put in those, sometimes it has been opiates and stimulants as well in that shit, fuck that I say. You should do like me and every other reasonable person, buy your own raw material and make your own blends. By that I mean buying a powder of some synthetic cannabinoid (let's take 5F-AKB48 as example) and then buying some smokeable material (I would use tobacco) and a bottle of acetone.

Dissolve your 5F-AKB48 in acetone, find a ratio that's good (which I can not help you with, you have to ask someone else here who doesn't have the tolerance of doom) and proceed to soak the tobacco in it. After that let the acetone evaporate, scrape up remaining cannabinoids and save for later and your "incense" is done.
