About 20 mg(half pill ) in am and 20 mg around dinner . I get a good bit of energy and happiness.

Also I try to take on a empty stomach or maybe with a little snack that's fatty. Somehow the fat in the food helps . (Like a little bit of ice cream )

How did it go for you op? Saw on your other thread that you have no tolerance so I hope the 20 mg was not too much for you . When I first started 10 mg gave a good buzz and if I took more would get a upset stomach .
