What is the best thing to mix Valium with?

i have 3 5mg valiums, 2 50mg tramadols, 1 regular vicodin, and 4 5mg flexirals. what would be the best combo out of the choices to get me high?

(im also prescribed to 72 mg of concerta which i take daily)

Well some of the combos w/ the drugs you have are dangerous. I dont know your tolerances to tell you if its ok to take the valium with anything.

Personally, I wouldn't combine Tramadol with any of those. I've learned to hate Tramadol, but that's just me though.

Valium + Weed is better IMO then any of the possible combo's you listed above, and safer too.

^Agreed, benzos work great with weed, basically takes away all the negative effects of weed. I wouldn't go mixing tramadol with anything, I am sure mixing 1 vic with 15 mg of valium isn't going to kill you, so that wouldn't be so bad. If you have never taken a benzo I wouldn't mix anything with it except maybe weed, everything you listed is dangerous to mix with benzos (though those doses are most likely too low to cause any harm). also Fleveril is garbage and taking 1 will most likely ruin the effects of the other drugs and make you just really tired.

Sorry but we don't do drug recommendations here. We have no idea what your tolerance is like to any of these drugs.

My advice to you is to leave the cyclobenzeprine (flexeril), methylphenidate (conerta), and hyrdocodone as far away as possible from the tramadol. The first two have dangerous interactions with tramadol, and mixing typical opioids with tramadol is a waste of time.

On the basis that you have no tolerance to any of these drugs, take a 5 milligram diazepam (valium) with 50-100 milligrams of tramadol.

As for the other drugs, the diazepam (valium) should be kept away from the hydrocodone (vicodin) as those could possibly induce fatal respiratory depression. Ingest the hydrocodone alone.

The methylphenidate (concerta) and cyclobenzeprine (flexeril) have no interesting effects with any of the listed drugs.
