what is the best recipe for shake and bake

So Swim is new to the forums but Swim knows a guy who is interested in making a batch of meth shake & bake style,


What Swim is after is lists of ingredients and detailed step by step guides, so Swims friend doesn't end up blowing him self up, he has set his mind on it and Swim wants to ensure he does it the most safe way possible
Swim already has a couple he found online and got of a friend of a friend, but Swim is curious of other methods and other ingredients,
