I'm another member of the over 40s brigade. Any other old buggers having the midlife "crisis" ?

From a recent bbc article

It's scary how accurate that description is. Im not really in any crisis as such TBH, but i sometimes wonder if this is why i started taking drugs again a couple of years ago. After being a confirmed druggie in my teens and twenties, i barely touched drugs for most of my 30s apart from a few occasional tokes when some generous fella happened to pass a joint in my direction.

I must admit i dont think i would have got back into drugs atall if it wasnt for the emergence and easy availabilty of Mephedrone a couple of years ago.

Apart from chasing women, which I haven't ever gotten into having been with my now wife since I was 15, I never stopped any of the others !

Stick around you'll grow to ensure me and the others over time, look at it as a challenge in accommodation and tolerance

Cod liver oil is briliant for joints.

At about 35 I started finding random hairs on my chin which was something of an ordeal! . Its a boost in progesterone that causes it apparently. I could probably grow a Fu Man Chu goaty beard now.

I'm 35 atm and also keep finding these random hairs on my chin , one day i might be able to grow a beard , thing is i'm a bloke !
Its only the grey hairs that stop me from passing for about 20.
