Misc What is the ACTUAL most potent drug on the planet? No bullshit like crack or cocaine (even though they are potent).

Real heroin. Real cocaine (if you know, you know). They're ultimate classics for a reason. Opanas. I was IV'd dilaudid in the hospital once, but it's a little short lived and rush-y for my tastes. IMO rushes ruin highs. I want to get high. Relax. I don't want a 34 second rush that ruins everything else. Best buzz I ever caught was about 15 years ago with just the right amount of old school opanas and old school cocaine. The bottom line is now days drugs are just trash. They're all junk/bunk/mislabeled trash and even if you find the shit I promise you it's not the same shit. I hate to sound like that, but it's just the truth. The bottom line though is if you try any of the things I mentioned you'll soon be experiencing nothing but a financially crippling viscous cycle of feeling like shit 95% of the time.
 
Subjective intensity is just that, subjective. That said, 5-MeO-DMT allows for what is certainly among the most intense experiences you can have, so do 3-MeO-PCE and O-PCM in my opinion.
IV Fluoro-etonitazene is more potent than fentanyl and gave me the most amazing rush and reliably replicable feeling of any drug I've ever used N-desethyl Isotonitazene is about 20 times as potent as fentanyl and is the only thing that I've found that comes close to F-etonitazene though I'd have to give cychlorphine a fair chance before I say that definitively
 
i don't know if salvia makes you trip it's pretty cool even though it feels terrible ime... the terrible feeling makes it intense. intensity kind of goes along with potency maybe. some people don't get cool visuals or much other than a bizarre confusion, so it's not really worth while for certain people.

i never got the opportunity to try smoking DMT for a shorter but very intense experience. i'd recommend that over trying to get far out with something like high dose LSD. the LSD lasts way too long. DMT is manageable for a lot of people.



i feel like a lot of stuff in this thread just messes people up instead of giving them vision which is what i would be going for, but then again i've heard of people having trips off heroin and a lot of drugs in this thread are stronger, so i guess it depends how your mind works. i don't really get opiates personally and if there is an unenjoyable edge to fenanyl, sounds really bad. idk. i'd like to say i did potent drugs though. lol.
 
The absolute highest I've been was from cooking down 7 grams of hashish and a half oz of marijuana into a buttermilk concoction & drank the whole thing at once, I was so damn high for about 36 hours straight. I got uncomfortable I was so high almost panicked but remained in control. It felt like no weed high I have ever had this was totally another level of high.
Another time I got so uncomfortably high is when I took 600 mg of 7-oh within 4 hours. I took 300 mg & was fine a few hours later I took another 300 mg and WHAM! I was so freaking high it felt like my head was in a vice, I was so high it wasn't as fun. It was like whoa , I can't walk that great. Something in those pills got me whacked out & incapacitated.

you know what’s really interesting is opana never worked at all for me.. i was prescribed back in the day and went through full withdrawals.. it was a pain doc right before anyone but people that saw it coming and realized the opiate tragedy was already here. Morphine has never worked that well for me either but that shit didn’t work for me at all. i sent him the remainder of the script.. even coffee grinder the time release bullshit. it never worked.. the truth behind this who would ever mail 3/4 of a month script of opana back to the doc if it worked. No one. most people wouldn’t even send it if it didn’t work.

Ended up catching a pill mill anesthesiologist a week up the road..

yeah idk how it didn’t work..

totally agree with dilaudid being a more of a heat rush drug.. kinda like what they use in ct scans rather then being that much of a powerful drug… think allot of it comes from drug store cowboy?

Really?!?! I have *never* been high like I got on Opanas. Never. Not even close. The only reason being I never found them consistently (thank God) but I knew a dude who got 40s once a month, and every time it was legitimately like a 4\6\8 hour long first high RUSH. Of course, by day 2 there's nothing left, but that one day was legitimately nirvana. This was a longggggggg time ago and I was young though. Good God I don't miss any of that crap. Funny thing is, I don't mess around at all these days, but drugs I had legitimately good times on I really just never want to touch again because I know it'll just be a disappointing and depressing experience, and I'd rather not taint the fun memories I have of them. Namely etizolam, real deal disco grade 80s coke, and opanas. Etizolam was the only drug I ever did in my life that just made you happy. So, so HAPPY. Let's go shopping, not a care in the world, love everything happy AF. I really miss those things. lol.

For some strange reason it didn’t work.. it works on pretty much everyone? Idk.. i remember that pain doc thought i was bs him and kicked me out of his practice.. that’s why i sent the script.. because I wasn’t.

Try taking MDMA for the first time while on Wellbutrin. Hit me like a thousand bricks and felt like I was dyeing at first then felt like an orgasm 1000x with overwhelming euphoria, could barely even speak to my friends, and it lasted for four hours. Also went from straight A student to full blown drug addict(:

Plugging Cadbury chocolate, not the fruit and nut because the raisins don't dissolve well in the rectom but the dairymilk, melted and plunged is roughly 100 x stronger than morphine
Don't ever try it with the Swiss milka brand (the one with the cow on the front) you would likely overdose from acute cocoa poisoning
