What is overall the best opiate?

I would love to know what you guys think the best opiate is - non-synthetic or synthetic.

Which one gives off the best feeling, buzz and makes you feel happy and confident and also is relatively easy to get hold of?

Well there's Heroin.

Depends on the situation though. If I'm going about my daily business, I'd rather have OC. It's stimulating and euphoric (although pretty damn itchy)

If I'm gonna nod my face off, I'll go with smack.

Best prescription opioid is Oxycodone.

However I really love Heroin. IV'd is beautiful.

Actually oxycodone is partially synthetic.

i took 30mgs of GVS-1-11 and 25mgs of oxymorphone. First time taking anything other than a couple puffs of opium Holy. Fucking. Shit. don't do this.

I prefer the esters of morphine class which is what heroin falls under, closely followed by the semi-synthetic class of opiates, I love dilaudid and oxycodone is alright then finally, just the natural opiate morphine but I always get a morphine rash plus I HATE the pins and needles from IV morphine, semi synthetic opiates don't give me a rash and I just prefer the high of like let's say dilaudid more then morphine any day.
