Hello there,
My name is Ratul. Im from BD. I would like to go straight. I was a pothead, since this December. Now I'm totally a fresh guy but smoke ciggeret sometimes. I smoke weed regularly for last 5 years. And sometimes take other drugs and alcohol (occasionally). Since last September I was like a normal guy lived freely. Then it comes to me, it was a thought or feeling which is called panic attack. It occurs a day as like usual, I smoked with my buddies in where we regularly smoked, then suddenly I felt that my mom dies and my surroundings act like that. I felt Scarry my hands were shaking and my stomach was cramping. I called my mom and be sure that she's OK. Than I feel relax. So the day passed and I was living nornally. But it occurs again and severally when I smoked and got baked. So it is really painful to live like this, and I thought to quit weed. When I had that last feeling I came home and gone for sleep but I couldn't sleep that night my heart was suddenly start pounding. So passed that night without sleep I was up in the morning and was exhausted. I took weed next morning and my heart was racing and I feel numbness in my hands and legs. I immediately came home aand called a doctor (didn't tell him details just my physical situation) and he advised me to take a sleeping pill (7.5mg). I took it and sleep only two hours. I wasn't feeling well, and for the next 7days since that day I had no sleep. Than I went to a medicine doctor and he gave me an antidepressants (sensit) SSRI and propranolol hydrochloride (40mg)and clonazepam(0.3mg). Then I took those as doctors said and felt OK. The first night after a week I got some sleep and got relaxed. And that whole time I totally forgot about my panic attack and didn't even tell the doctor about it. So I was feeling OK and back to my normal life. Then I started smoking with my prescribed drugs. After one month I stopped my medications cause I was having various problems like sleep problem, heart pounding, irritatable, nightmares and many unknown problems. And I went to the doctors again he angrily asked me why I stopped the medications and I was like have no aswers. That time I had to told him about my situations but I had no idea what to tell and he transferred me to a psychiatrist and he gave me another antidepressant imipramine (25mg). And I took it just one day (he told me to take it 10 days) because I felt the side effects of it. Oh! I missed something that I was researching about antidepressants and its side effects, for that reason I stopped the medicines that first time doctor given to me. Then I stopped the weed totally and all medications at december2015. From that day now I am having many problems physically & mentally. Some of These problems are matching with withdrawal symptoms. My heart pounding sometimes specially when I have gone for sleep or standing from sitting, I always have flu feeling, sleep problem, quick immune, pressure inside forehead, coughing with mucus and many more. In a word I am totally feel sick alltime. Is it the THC and my medicines mixing reaction or this is withdrawal symptoms? Withdrawal symptoms stays how long? I stopped all my medications and drugs in December and this is February running. Its about three months and is there any chance that withdrawal symptoms stays these long. Can anyone please explain what actually should I do now?
