Heroin what is my heroin cut with???

I'm worried that the H I've been getting is cut with some kind of toxin or dangerous drug. The colour of the H is white and after diluted with water it looks golden yellow. When I use it, I do get a rush and my withdrawals disappear. However, an hour later I start getting this horrible headache (tension type headache), anxiety, confusion, feelings that I am going to die, shortness of breath - I have gone to the ER twice thinking I was going to die. They checked my heart, breathing, gave me an EKG and blood tests and they said NOTHING was wrong. They thought I was having an anxiety attack, but I know that it's more than that. The day after using I will continue to have a headache (boths sides of my head, around my temples and the back of my head with a sore neck and shoulder). Has anyone experienced this doing opioids? I have done most pharmaceutical opioids and have never experienced such terrible side effects. Please help.

These kinds of threads are normally not allowed bc its just all speculation, but maybe a cut, maybe cotton fever? Has it ever happened before with other batches? Has it happened with this same batch before? There are so many variables i could keep going on and on. I think tho if it was indeed a cut you would feel it faster than the one hour mark. You ever get migraines or have problems with tmj? tmj can cause pain down your neck back and shoulders big time. If it was a cut id maybe guess caffeine as that can be common since its so cheap...but without a gcms unit unfortunetly no one can say with any certainty. So maybe make sure you are using the best possible injecting techniques and find a diff batch of dope. Im guessing you are in the ne us, im on my phone thing so i cant see the usual info like location and such. But finding a new bag shouldnt be thaaaaat hard.
