I just googled it and found absolutely nothing, not even a single match for any drug called MDTWA. I definitely wouldn't take it til you know more...

Ill move this over to other drugs and see if anyone knows anything about it - its not something I have heard of (or can find using a search engine).

Did the supplier tell you what it was or give you an indication of the effects?
