RCs What is it? (cocaine-like)

Not asking to identify something I have. I was just putting lidocaine on my sunburn and it made me think about cocaine. And then I remembered there was some RC that only a few people on the internet have tried, and it was analogous to cocaine, and IIRC was a -caine as well, but not sure. The few people that used it said all it did was numb their tongue.

Perhaps procaine or flourocaine.
