I have quit using Fent for almost a year - recently I bought some to try and have some fun and as usual, I had no idea what was in it. There was really no euphoria and it has had me in bed for days. I would snort it, get extremely light headed and my blood pressure would drop and it would force me lay down and I would fall asleep for like an hour or two. When I’d wake up I’d be completely disorientated, anxious and I would do another small line to try and feel better but the relief never really came. I had a super dry mouth as well and no appetite except for sugar I wouldn’t do it for over 24 hrs and still feel the blood pressure drop and extremely light headed and just numb what even was in this??

Tranquilliser. Specifically Xylazine, Medetomidine, or something similar. It's why people don't nod anymore, they go into an anaesthetic stupor.

If anyone reading this is having difficulty coming off of street fentanyl adulterated with these compounds, Clonidine can help with the "tranquilliser" aspect of the withdrawal.

From my research I think it was some type of nitazene. I know it probably had all kinds of crap in it but it was completely unenjoyable and if this is what other people are taking daily then I couldn’t imagine the misery….

based on what you describe - I think it was likely xylazine or medetomidate as @-Guido- suggested. These are known cutting agents which primarily work in the same manner as clonidine - a2 agonist - used for treating blood pressure and also for potentiating opioids. Xylazine and medetomidate have been used similarly in tranq dope for some time.

Nitazenes actually are opioids and would likely have more of a euphoric, traditional opioid effect. From what I've read, nitazenes are actually more enjoyable than fentanyl.

I heard the euphoria from nitazenes is decent if it doesn't kill you. It also quickly dials your tolerance up to levels where nothing will give you relief from the withdrawal.
