"China White" = fentanyl, or at least it should, but with todays kids and their hip slang, "your boy" could be refering to anything from table salt to cocaine..
Fentanyl is definitly the cheaper of the two, shit, it might be the cheapest drug there is - a skilled chemist could make a pound of pure fentanyl for less then $1500 - after the required chemical cut, you would have the equivalent of a metric ton of heroin - that works out to $1.50 for a POUND of smack, which breaks down to less then a penny a gram - that gram can then be sold for over $200 .. of course you must also factor in such things as the cost of several years of college chemistry classes, the equiptment, and what price can be put on a 140 year sentence in a small cell? Still, compare that to heroin, where you have to pay your field workers to cultivate the countless acers of poppies, the guerillas that would defend your operation, and the government of whatever small, tropical country you targeted..

okay, Phreex, I like this idea, but are you fucking serious? Are you saying that a chemical cut for pure fentanyl would turn a pound into 2200 pounds??? Or do you mean "theoretically," taking fentanyl's potency into account?

Maybe around...3-4 months ago there was a great link to an article on the 'biggest fentanyl bust" or whatever. Some guy made 10lbs (i think) of pure fentanyl. He'd only had a few college chem classes and info from the internet.
His asshole neighbors called him in because they thought he "might be growing marijuana". I feel so sorry for that poor guy, he was about to be set for life.
Anyone have that link?

While regular old fentanyl is good, there are thousands of fentanyl analogues out there, many of which are far more potent than fentanyl. A dose of cis 3-methyl fentanyl is around 50 micrograms. One kilogram buys you...20 million doses.

It's more then just theory, there have been a number of analogs made (mainly in labs) that are active in the low microgram doses, many are EASILY 2,000 times as potent as heroin on a milligram-for-milligram basis.. $1500 might even be a high number, as some of the exotic precursors can be made from shit like black pepper - of course this isn't kitchen chemistry..

I repeat that I feel bad for the motherfucker, but why would you risk your fucking bitchin' lab by growing 80 weed plants? I mean, i am not anti-marijuana even by any means, but come on it puts off a noticible smell, I'd imagine you'd want to attract no attention.

China white appeared in Pittsburgh a long time back, and caused alot of ods. I believe it wuz in the early 80s or so. Don't quote me on that. Whats funny about that is, my relatives live in pittsburgh and when they busted the chemist that made it (which took days to clean his house in thos suits) it wuz within' 200 yds. of a icecream parlor I frequent.
