what if you were about to die?

Maybe it can be reduced to just searing pain, Gr3yghost. Because all you can do for your kids, or any family member, is to love them the best you can. You can try to help them, but once they become independent only they can help themselves.

As the parent of a one year old, I think the searing pain would already be more than I can imagine enduring.

Sorry for your loss gr3yghost. I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to convey, I hope you didn't find my post or anyone else's inconsiderate. I can only imagine how much it must suck to lose your son to an overdose. Hopefully you understand that bluelight is truly about harm reduction and we try our hardest to prevent overdoses from happening.

The irony of this post is worth reconsidering. Unfortunately the dignity that Pierre imagined for his was simply that; it is the searing pain, humiliation and loss of dignity that I, his father, must in reality forever endure.

It is a lot to ask, but do think of others if you can.

i kept trying to think of what to say in response to this but.... im not sure what to say.

im sorry gr3yghost. he died by his own hand. but everyone will blame themself. thats how it always goes.

Commit suicide.

Same here. I don't want to give God or fate or whatever the fuck put us here the satisfaction of taking me from this world. If I'm going out, be it that I'm getting old, sick with cancer, or sick with extreme grief, it will be on my own terms by my own hands.
