Some sort of opiate...mainly some heroin.

I hate it when you plan on getting something and everything is all set to go down and then....nothing. Shit happens and I've had the rug pulled out beneath me for the third night in a row.

It wouldn't be that bad, but you just start anticipating it in your mind when you hang up the phone with your hook-up. If you don't get it, it makes your current state of mind seem rather dull and crappy by comparison.
