Aussies call meth, "crack" too. I assume because most users smoke it through a crackpipe and don't know much about what crack actually means worldwide.

"Crack" has always meant crack cocaine to me, I refer to meth as 'rock', 'shards' or usually just 'meth'.

Apparently the logic behind calling meth "crack" is because of the crackling sound large shards sometimes make when they're melted in a pipe. Or so the story goes.

"Back in the day" we always referred to poor quality sweet crystal meth as 'crack'. Because you're smoking it with a crack pipe AND it's as dirty and junkie-like as crack-cocaine itself IMO.

just to clear things up, i call it meth, not crack. but when i was smoking it (before IVing) everyone used to call it rock, shards or shabu where we lived (kinda much the same as puckboy said, it differed from group to group, within one town) . and "let's go smoke some crackies" would mean smoke meth

i fell asleep drunk with my music up pretty loud so i just woke up with a bangin headache, i just hit me up a litre and a half of

The quality of meth is (generally) excellent in New Zealand, but unfortunately the prices are insanely high. One gram of meth costs more than an average weekly wage. But still, that's what I'm craving right now.

Ive got plenty of those and they are boring to me right now to say the least. I havent had any opiates for months and months so I wish I could get my hands on anything. Roxy, Oxy, Hydro whatever. I love benzos but only take em occasionaly and they still get boring sometimes.
