What has helped keep you clean

Just like the title says. What has helped you get and stay clean and sober? Even if your using again, what helped you when you were clean? What caused your relapse?

For me, after I got over being dope sick and was able to sleep, changing people, places, and things was huge. I just didn't put myself around people or in places where I could get drugs.

Can't reiterate that enough. DO something. Read, exercise, take up a hobby - an idle mind is the devil's.
