Roll call threads (started by staff) were pretty common before your time and didn’t fall under those regulations depending on verbiage but it appears things have changed after my hiatus; far different than some recent member starting a whole new thread

as far as I'm aware discussions like that, along with price talk, are typically allowed in the region subforums which both this and the other thread are located in which is why I was asking
