This isn't a troll rhun not being able to poop is not fun and gets your mind racing with anxiety which can make you have these thoughts.
Just remember eat veggies, fruit, cherries, prunes, lots of water, squat with a stool under your feet while on the throne, miralax before you get real bad, and use the stim laxatives only if you can't get things moving with all the tricks above. Another way I get myself to have ateast one poop a day is to wake up In the morning and right away chug a large glass or two of water to fill yoir stomach and induce the urge to evacuate your bowels. If there's any time you'll poop naturally its first thing in the morning since that's when your bowels have the most urge to evacuate waste.
Good luck I'll leave this closed since its been answered but don't let the anxiety do this to you that poop will always get out of there one way or another. Watch it be careful what you eat but don't obsess and worry about it constantly because that makes things worse.
