Hi well i know the basics if u take to much then its liver failure etc but whats it like, is it really one of the worse ways to die and is it the same results if u take to much iboprofen or paracetomal or do they both do the same damage has anyone experienced it whats it like

ps. My question mark key is not working and im not planning on taking an overdose or anything just wondering.

You get potentially fatal liver failure and/or you seriously damage it (possibly irreversibly).

Homeless -> Basic

But what actually happens inbetween from day 1 h
has anyone here eve experienced or seen someone overdose on it

^Right well I overdosed on paracetamol a few months ago so I can give you an accurate description of how utterly horrible that was :|
About 5 hours after taking the pills (about 15mg of paracetamol...this happened because I was too lazy to do a CWE, btw...do NOT skip out on those things) I was stuck in the bathroom puking my guts out, literally unable to move without throwing up, completely drenched in sweat and so dizzy I was constantly seeing stars. I couldn't get up from the floor, I couldn't do anything at all, I passed out in the bathroom and had to stay there for about 10 hours before I managed to crawl back to my room and get in bed. I stayed in bed for about two days with all the same symptoms, I kept losing consciousness and I can only imagine how high my fever must have been. Also had a constant stabbing pain in my liver area. Eventually after 2 days of this I called an ambulance, was taken to the ER and given activated charcoal for acute poisoning. They monitored me at the hospital for a couple days, then I was sent back home and had to spend about another week in bed cuz I was too feverish and weak to move. This was about 6 months ago and paracetamol now makes me completely sick and bed-ridden if I make the mistake of taking just one pill.
So yeah. I wouldn't say that's a nice way to die.

Activated charcoal is basically pointless after a few hours of ingestion. It clears out the GI tract but not much is left, especially after 2 days.

15 mg doesn't make any sense, maybe 15 g, as it takes over 3000 mg to have any risk at liver damage, 4000 mg is pushing it and if you take 5000 you should go to a hospital ER right away.

There is a medication that reverses the effects of an APAP OD. Its called N -acetylcysteine (NAC), they give you it in a hospital and it protects the liver. If you went to hospital right away they could have given both the charcoal to stop further APAP absorption and the NAC to prevent anymore APAP from being able to damage the liver.
