what happens if you mix adderall with promethazine

I think it would depend on your dosage of each. When combined, side effects could be insomnia, fatigue, aggression, disturbance of attention, depression, auditory hallucinations and abdominal pain. Do you have a tolerance for either/both of these drugs?
