Opioids What happened today, oxy and subutex

I have been taking 300mg a day new oxy er. Took one 8mg subutex . I have read the site you know what happened. How long is this 8mg going to keep me from getting pain relief for my knees and back. I am taking oxycodne 30 mg ir just to get a little relaxed.
 
You'll slowly start to get relief throughout the day as the bup wears off. For me, by the next day all the effects wear off, although the half life is between 2-3 days. Now you're obviously on sub for w/d, but what about the oxy's?
 
No , I was taking oxy er and had oxycodone ir for my nees and back surgery. It was a failed attempt by my Dr and myself to get me off all the oxcy's. Fyi I was going to start the Fentenal patch. I am not sure where we are going from here.
