What happened to responsible drug use?

I'd say my drug use is responsible in that I don't fuck myself up (unless on drink) or do anything too stupid.
I do take quite a lot of drugs, but that's more cos I enjoy it instead of doing it to get wasted, though that point of view has kinda seperated me a little from some of my mates who just wanna get hammered every day =\

i am a responsible adult drug user. i'm all for the legalization of recreational drugs for adults. But, there are soo many bad reports of people abusing drugs that i'm a little taken back on my stand on drugs. i'm wondering if it's just teenagers running into these problems with drugs. Will legalization decrease drug usage with minors and make drugs safer to use overall?

It's not just making an informed decision, it's making the best, or at least a good decision.

Take me for example. I don't use often, which is great. I have little to zero tolerance, which is awesome. This works perfect for my cannabis use. I get floored and stay floored off of nothing. It also works great for my alcohol use. I don't drink much, I get as drunk as I want, it's all fun. But it doesn't work for shit when it comes to by meth use. As I always find myself over endulging. I binge basically. Which is bad as fuck for me and my health. Everytime I get rev'd out of my head I get to thinking about how tight those little blood vessels in my brain are getting, and now little O2 the areas they are suppose to feed are getting now.

*sigh* I gotta figure something out here soon...

It may or may not decrease use by teenagers. But surely it will make drug use as a whole safer for people choosing to do so. Or at least it will allow them to make an educated decision based on accurate information instead of proganda fed to them by the government while they're too young to even understand.

Being dead is pretty boring too. And that's what a lot of people risk with their lack of responsible drug use.

We have our whole lives to have fun, why try to get it all done in just a handful of years out of a our youth?

yeah, i would agree. It's much like safe sex education and free condom availability to everyone esp teenagers.

Skimming through the other drugs and dark side forums, all I see is "relapse" and "addiction" and etc, etc, etc.....

If you go to the Dark Side forum, are you expecting to see something else? 8)

I consider myself to be responsible and there are a lot of people on here who are but as in all walks of life, the negative cases get the most attention.

responsible.. we all go on binges man... everyone does it.. we all get cought up eventually.. and truthfully... one of these days you... like everyone else... will go on a binge.. the only difference between you "responsible" drug uses and us... is that we dont deny what we do.. we live with it..
