What happened to me?

So about a month ago I head 125mg of MDMA. I didn't exercise during that time and I just used to sit around playing games all day but the roll was still good.
I dropped 100mg of MDMA at school about 15 days later since it was the last week of school but I did not really eat anything that day and well, it didn't really hit me THAT hard.
A few days ago I started exercising regularly and getting a lot of proteins into my diet. Last night I ate a lot of chicken breast and then waited 3 hours until I was going to drop 100mg.

8:45 - Dropped the cap of 100mg
9:20 - Feeling different but not really feeling much so I go outside to have a cig
9:40 - I can feel this shit coming up
9:50 - Definitely feeling it now, pupils are massive
10:00 - yep, I'm absolutely dominated, pupils are massive, feeling fucking awesome, biting on the dummy
10:15 - This is when the weird thing happened, I'm feeling fucking awesome, pupils are massive then boom, I see the grass starting to shake, it looked awesome but I was kind of thinking I had overdosed and this wasn't normal. I asked my friend what was happening and he said my eyes were shaking really fast from side to side. This never happened on 125mg so why would it happen on 100mg?

Can someone please explain what was happening to me?
Any help would be appreciated!

It's called nystagmus and is completely normal when using MDMA (you did test your product? You are sure it is MDMA and nothing else?). It's not harmful, though it can be a little annoying, for instance when trying to read a cellphone screen. I believe it is caused by the higher levels of serotonin stimulating the nerve that controls movement of the eye. Same reason you clench your jaws when rolling. But I am not 100% sure of this

I think that a lot of different factors have an influence, it's almost impossible to say what exactly caused it to be worse this time. Maybe your current batch of MDMA is more potent than your previous one? Or perhaps this time your stomach was completely empty so it hit you harder?

Anyways don't worry, it's normal, not a sign of overdose and not harmful. Besides, 100mg, if weighed properly, is never an overdose with MDMA. Those eye wiggles are pretty cool combined with lasers at a rave or something, makes for interesting visual effects

I would slow down by the way, you are rolling a bit too often and will create tolerance if you continue to do so I think, that's 3 rolls in a month. A bit too much, though you are keeping your doses respectable...

Thanks for info!
Probably going to roll again in a few days and then stop for 5 months, reckon I'll be fine to bend the rules once?
And does exsersize have an effect on roll?

Yeah probably. Exercise is good for body and mind, and a healthy body and mind has an influence on your roll, so indirectly this will indeed have an impact

They are more guidelines than they are rules. It's not like doing that is going to kill you or cause permanent brain damage or something. But it isn't healthy as it puts a lot of strain on your body and brain. Furthermore MDMA has the tendency to lose its magic very fast when used that frequently. I'm not going to tell you "yeah go ahead" as that would be against the principles of harm reduction, because however you turn it, it is harmful. You will have to decide for yourself :)

Just whatever you do don't roll back to back days, that will create problems, I have done that twice in almost 10 years and both times I regretted it immensely. And if you do decide to roll again in a few days I would indeed take a very long break afterwards, your brain will be thankful, your next roll will be much more awesome and you will be able to enjoy this substance for many years to come, instead of ruining it for yourself like so many other have already. I am guessing you are still pretty new to MDMA? And I don't mean that in a condescending way or anything

Yep, pretty new to pure MDMA, I've gotten pills before but nothing that feels this awesome.
Is there any foods I can eat that will help my brain for repairing?

I would say to just eat healthy. Eat what you normally would eat to keep your body healthy. You could do some research into pre- and postloading, but if you take long enough breaks and if you don't use huge doses this shouldn't be needed. MDMA when used wisely doesn't seem to be significantly neurotoxic, so if you stick to some basic rules your brain shouldn't have much/any damage, so shouldn't need repairing. The breaks are not for repairing your brain, they serve the purpose of giving your brain enough time to restore balance to your neurochemistry, to get your hormone levels back to baseline. And to keep tolerance down...

The reason I asked if you were new to MDMA is because when you are, you won't experience much negative consequences, even if you use too often or too much. But that changes once you misuse MDMA too much. That's why at the moment you probably feel like it isn't affecting you like it is with other people. That you can roll every week and not suffer any consequences. Just be aware that that will change at some point and when it does you will regret it. So just be careful and use common sense, don't let that happen

Thanks a lot for this solid info!
After this next roll, I will be gapping it by 5 months.
