Well New Orleans is known for booze, weed and crack. My question is why is heroin, pain killers and meth never took off in New Orleans like booze, weed and crack?
I live in nola and have access to H here but idk how big the scene is compared to other places. Ive also been offered meth from some random guy outside a bar lol
