What goes good with Hydromorphone?

What goes good with Hydromorphone's (Dilaudid)? Just wondering if anyone takes anything with them to enhance the effect. Right now I am prescribed 8 mg dillys 5 x day and MS Contin 60 mg 2 x day for chronic pain. I also take Clonazepam, Citalopram and bupropion XL (prescribed).

Dilaudid is really good for killing sever pain. doctors suggest it when your pain do not works with normal medicine like Vicodin,OxyContin etc. Dilaudid very soon; within 30 minutes reduce your pain. so i think your Doc realized that your pain can be sever anytime. this is why your Doc suggested it.
 
My doctor prescribed me Exalgo (Dilaudid 24hour release)....this stuff just makes me tired as fuck...then again I am on 16mg a day...she thinks I'm some drug dealing addict and won't give me breakthrough meds at all...To the question though..everytime I've taken hydroxyzine I've started to nod out pretty good. Was at a friends house and got the itches'....he broke his hand the the doc gave him Vicodin and hydroxyzine....took the 50mg hydroxyzine with a 5mg Vicodin for good measure....took that at like 10PM expecting to stay up late but by like 11 it kicked in and I was nodding pretty hard tell 2AM when I fell asleep. I don't like this stuff though...it feels like morphine without legs and most of the time no euphoria. I always thought hydromorphone would be the king but its really nothing orally I guess, Bioavailibility is like 30% oral so I don't know why they even bother...pretty sure the Exalgo's are impossible to break the time release on...could be wrong. I will say the other day I took Hydromorphone and Oxycodone together and it was great for my pain and actually put me in a good mood which hydromorphone never does! Off topic but hows Oxymorphone compared to hydromorphone and oxycodone? I wanna switch off this stuff to OxyContin if I can convince my doctor its not the anti-christ...that or Opana...
 
I really wouldn't mix too much else with hydromorphone since you're already taking clonazepam on top of it.
