I wanna fill a gel cap to plug tonight but don't know what I can get from the supermarket. Is there paracetamol or anything that still comes in gel caps?

What gel caps (for filling) can I buy at a supermarket?

Just look in the vitamins/health section and you should see something that resembles "vegetable capsules".. I bought a bottle of 60 from Safeway for $5
Tested them in luke warm water and they dissolved in about a minute..

yeah i went shopping with my friend for these the other day
u can get them off the shelf at the chemist
there is the vegetable ones mentioned above or glycerol (i think thats what they were) which were in a jar of 200 for $12

I plugged 3/4 of a good green ?, and it took around 90mins to come on, and it didnt hit me hard at all. I dont know if that was the caps fault or theres something wrong with my ass

I havn't plugged one yet, waiting for the right time/pill/event and courage
Will let you know how it goes, but I can't see there being too much trouble! They are real thin caps aren't they.. so I would assume if you pushed em up far enough *shudder* then it would work ok? hmm..

yeah, go all the way up.
i went beyond the danger zone, almost to the third knuckle *shudders*.
am gonna try it at my next event, Nick Warren, with a whole crushed up pink chanel.

hey does anyone know if ginseng tablets are good for plugging?
Cos I cant find any other gel caps at home and i couldnt be arsed going to the supermarket before going out tonight?!
