I have been eating a lot of (for me) unhealthy stuff during the last 2/3 months and now I feel like my body needs some detoxing.
I already drink lots of water and green tea. But:

What foods (or easy to get supplements) help in the process?

Ummmm the best detox is usually lots of water and exercise.

I’m on the west coast, I’ve seen people do “cleanses” where they forgo food, and drink a gallon of water per day with a large amount of maple syrup and cayenne pepper.

Me personally, I find that detoxifying the body is more about drinking large amounts of water, taking a spread of vitamins, maybe some milk thistle extract if you feel your liver is under pressure, and exercising.

The exercise causes the body to be in cellular motion. This causes osmosis to occur in cells as waste elements are removed from the cell to bring in new nutrients and atp to perform the exercise. The large amounts of water allow the body to principally remove those toxins.

To compliment this one should eat stable Whole Foods. Green juices are recommended for their fiber and nutrient contents as producing stool also eliminates toxins from the body.

Remember the body removes toxins from itself. It doesn’t need anything more than activity to begin the processes which eliminate waste from the body. You need to, as a representative of your CNS, instruct your body that you are going to begin physical activity and that action with the proper vitamins and water consumption will cause the body to go through its natural waste elimination processes.

A crucial component to detoxification of the body is sleep. During sleep the brain eliminates its toxins.

In essence, the best way to detoxify your body is yo live and eat healthy and to drink more water than usual.

I want to make an exercise corner somewhere, now that I'm finally motivated to clear some leftover chaos from the move (which was in February). I have enough room for it. And I hope veggies are going to be more accessible again, now that the winter's coming to an end. Found spinach and lettuce, finally again.

Tater tots, you need to find a place to score tater tots. They are more than a side dish.
I don't know nutritional specifics, but I can say that I always feel less hungry after a bowl of them.

All sorts of dark berries/fruits of the forest. Blackberries (excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K and manganese and they can increase blood flow to the kidneys, helping them filter out toxins more effectively than usual), and along with Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries are also packed full of powerful antioxidants called anthocyanins.

Citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C and flavonoids, which reduce inflammation and promote liver detox.

I began blending up Blackberries and Stawberries about 3 weeks ago and I'd drink about 6-700mls a day with some non-fat natural or strawberry yogurt and I have to say I'm noticing the benefits already. I always found fruits to be vital in getting the system back up and running properly after a prolonged period of binging/when sobering up. Now blackberries contain a lot of fiber but unless you're prone to stomach issues I wouldnt worry about it, just dont be sitting down with 2-3 tubs of them.

Water, sleep, veggies, fruits, exercise, one goat, and seven chickens

There's nothing that can help detoxification because that happens automatically unless you're gonna get dialysis. Best we can do is get good sleep and eat healthy stuff with micronutrients and fiber

Just wondering why only one goat and what gender. Male goats don't have milk. Besides goats milk is disgusting and who eats goat meat by choice in the developed world? Not many.
