what drugs negatively affect an acid trip?

Would imagine that varies depending on personal preference, for example I wouldn't smoke cannabis on a trip (these days) as it has a tendency to make me a little anxious at times, on the other hand many friends (and myself a few years ago) find it enhances the experience beautifully.
Another example, I find that a few beers while tripping puts me in a more relaxed headspace allowing me to have a better time (the main reason I would indulge now) friends on the other hand would not drink while tripping, either because it kills the really deep introspective thoughts, or in some cases because it puts them into an aggressive/negative state of mind.

Nitrous and acid is awesome, same goes for having bud during your trip. I personally like a few beers, but never anything more.
Stimulants like MDPV and amphetamine have mixed like shit when I did them even a moderate distance apart from each other.

yeah, coke-heads seem to not really enjoy themselfs on acid (or stimulant-fiends in general)... but i'm not sure if that really is the coke or it just is them being themselfes...
but imo coke never seems really enjoyable (never done it myself, though i had quite a few opportunities) they sit around and talk utter bullshit for like 40-50 minutes, and then there's a few hours of nearly psychotic episodes in which the faces get more and more depressed and stressed out, really doesn't seem like fun from the outside :D
but i avoid all drugs with comedowns (even coffee)... i very much prefer a nice afterglow...

For some people, not everyone, weed can affect an acid trip negatively. Most people find it makes things more intense and so some people dislike this, they also find it increases their anxiety. Personally I smoke quite regularly and find weed while tripping as something that reminds me that I'm on LSD as it is creates familiar effects so it is more of a reassurance.

Like several people said, speed and most stimulants make for an awful experience when mixed with acid (which has already its own stimulating properties anyway).
It kind of makes the acid "turn on you", makes you hysterically nervous and paranoid, causes you to lose control of the trip. It also add a kind of "sadistic" quality to the visuals.
That also goes for MDMA when your pill is unclean. And even if your pill has decent purity, I found the acid has the ability to bring the tweak out of it, especially on the comedown (not that candyflip isn't a wonderful combo when you peak on both).
As a rule, you really don't need to mix psychedelics with anything, they are pretty self-sufficient. Most drugs in fact (weed, benzo, alcohol, opiates) will just disturb the experience.
Only take drugs that are short-acting like nitrous, so that you can comeback to the normal acid trip a few minutes later, or the very select few that produce a magic combo: MDMA (clean pill), ketamine (which I didn't personally try, but is reportedly out of this world)...

I find that Ketamine and Cannabis mix well with LSD, Drugs i would avoid; Benzos [for fear of making the trip more subtle, never want that to happen 
], Alcohol [personal opinion, I rarely drink and if I do I ever mix with any other Psychoactives] and most Stims TBH. Peace

To better appreciate the effect another drug will have on your trip, one should understand what capacity it has to invoke anxious thoughts (an 'anxiogenic' drug is anxiety-producing, & an 'anxiolytic' is anxiety-relieving).
Benzos & other GABA-related yummness are typically anxiolytics (an extreme case here would be xanax), Marijuana on the other hand is typically anxiogenic (eg. YOUR INSIDE VOICE IS YELLING AT YOU!). Of course weed can chill you out, but that has more to do with tolerance & personal preference.
Case in point: Mr FaceMelt here wont accept anything less than DYNO-MIIITE mind blowing experience, and is about as triptacular & counter-culture as they come. Thus his preference for all psychedelic drugs over your simple feel-goods.
Although I often warn beginner trippers that weed will make your trip dirty (short term memory loss + possible anxiogenesis + that horrible icky acid feeling is 10 times worse), my stoner friends will leap at the bong to 'chill out'. That's more of a personal preference thing, they idealise that state of mind so obviously it comes to them as a relief. Ketamine on the other hand typically has an anxiolytic affect, as I tell so many people too scared to try it.

In my opinion:
Alcohol, benzos, opiates, barbs, and stimulants.
Weed is chill, (and maybe a beer for the magical taste if you're a beer connoisseur) but don't sully your acid trip with other drugs, acid is to beautiful for that. But like I said, with weed I've only had good experiences. I find it to enhance the visual aspect of the trip. And in the foggy haze between tripping and not, I find it to bring the visuals back.

Yeah don't do speed with acid, I learned that the hard way. The time I did it I just kept talking bout how dumb of an idea it was and something about acid and speed duking it out cause one wanted to trip and the other wanted to study lol.
I guess it MIGHT be good if you were like raving or something, but for a regular trip its a bad idea.

in my experience, heroin adds nothing to the trip. i figured that heroin and acid would make for a godly experience, but when i chased the dragon it only made me feel nauseous and queasy. this is probably because acid by itself puts me into a blissful mindstate.
as well, taking ecstasy during an acid trip would only make me feel gross. taking ecstasy first, however, and then dropping a tab of acid, proved to be some of the most fun i've ever had.
