What drugs illegal/legal to expect in Australia.

First time posting in the ADD thread so bare with me

Im from scotland, but will be doing a 6/12 month working gap year during the start of 2011 in sydney.

I would just like to know what drugs to expect in australia, general info on the drug market etc.

I realise there is a massive crystal meth market within australia, which doesnt exist at all in the UK, so what other differences can i expect in australia.

I mostly want to know about stimulants and perhaps hallucinogenics. Im not really into any downers.

And the drugs i'd like to know most about would be MDxx, cocaine/crack, meth-amp/amp.

So any info would be great, thanks.

Everything is really expensive. No prices allowed in here but maybe check out the price thread in Other Drugs because there will be some Australian posters in there to give you an idea of how ridiculous it is in this country.

Expect plenty of shitty pills and not much MDMA, expensive coke of varying quality, alot of speed and crystal meth, plenty of LSD.
Does depend which city u go to tho

In regards to legals or quasi legals, what's available in Europe can be used as a rough guide to predict what's likely to be found here, or be available in the future. Mephedrone is still around here but like the UK, probably in dwindling amounts.
