What drugs have you injected?

To the folks who have IV'd MDMA, what was that like? I seems like it would be the most intense rush out there, maybe even dangerously intense. Anyone like to share? Also, IV methylphenidate? I guess a good way to get the most bang for your buck but how'd that go?

Steve-O from Jackass has his own video of stunts, and one of the things he does is get a IV drip of vodka, amd winds up taking down a pint. End result, he's smashed. My question would be, how much more potent would hard alcohol be via IV that orally? How much is lost during the metabolation by the liver/kidneys?
 
Damn I can't beleive a pint of IV vodka wouldn't kill you, either stevo is just a freak with a high tolerance to alcohol or that was staged.. anyone else think that'd kill someone??
 
IVing hard liquor straight is a bad idea for many reasons. I saw a friend bang 3 100cc shots of Crown Royal (on top of a 60mg Avinza) and he was wasted. Doesn't sound like all that much, but the alcohol completely bypasses your liver and enters the bloodstream directly. For one thing, all the stuff in the liquor besides alcohol and water can't be good for your veins. I call bullshit on the whole pint by Steve-o. I might believe it if it was spaced out over several hours, and I do not doubt that he has a huge tolerance, but that is a very good way to get alcohol poisoning, among other things...

MDMA gives a helluva good rush, you must be very careful with the dosage though. I'd start out trying maybe half of your usual oral dose.

I think you mean 3 1cc shots (3 100 unit shots). 3 100cc shots would be 300mL, and thats quite a bit of alcohol. More than half a pint, which was referenced above (a pint is slightly under 500mL)
300mL whiskey in a vein and that vein would shrivel up and die.
 
That's what I meant chimp, 300 units, not cc. My friend would almost certainly be dead if he shot 300 mL!

Never desperate, just terribly curious.
 
I was on a car ride home, very sick, I tried spit first and it wasnt to watery, no way in hell it would have worked, orange and grape soda was all we had, and I figured out of the two orange would be better.
 
Id probably have to say crack because of the risk and a Large heroin dose like yesterday i did 5 bags of nice powder might have been a little much but it sure felt good .

cocaine, oxycodone IR, oxycontin, amphetamine, dexmethylphenidate, methylphenidate, diphenhydramine, hydromorphone (done myself)

Since alcohol is metabolized almost instantly in the GI tract by absorbtion, and the bioavailability is extremely high orally, you literally have to shoot up the same amount it would take to get your drunk just by drinking it.

To do it right you would probably need an extremely diluted solution with osmosis levels (sic?) around the same as your blood (can't use .09% solution since the alcohol would throw it off, although it'd be better than nothing) and have it on for a long time, in an IV drip.

In other words, there is no rush because you can't fit that much alcohol into a syringe, or safely inject all at once that much alcohol without dire consequences, and you don't get drunk for the same reason.

All I felt was the taste of whiskey run up the back of my throat.
