pretty bland. sometimes i sure do miss the days before i gave up hard drugs. my life is better now in most ways. but i miss my old habits anyway.

Sounds like a quality stack to me though. Those can all be good medicine, used with respect.

Almost nothing this week as I've been fighting an adverse drug reaction and don't want to mix in other substances, other than the required dose of caffeine to keep me awake during work.
