Around here it's almost exclusively Lucy or Doses, most commonly doses tho. Midwestern US. great lakes area.
 
Here in the US, we have no slang, just say what you want and hope someone is tapping the phone.

Be careful man mixing wellbutrin and meth. My buddy ended up in the hospital with seizures from that combo :/ I wouldn't want you to get hurt.

Got 14 bars, went on a 4 day night-time binge. Last night of the 4 days I stayed up all night, took half of an Adderall 30 mg IR, and the other half around 3 pm. Got some bud, smoked a bowl or two while my firecracker was baking in the oven. Made 5 firecrackers, gave away 2, ate 1, and fucking left the other 2 at the person's house..... Anyways went to bed last night and slept 12 hours. Got my Adderall filled today and took it all day today. This would all be normal and I wouldn't be posting this in detail as I am, but I fucking have been sober for over a month. Not for any reason, just because I stopped taking bars and spending all my money on drugs, until a little under a week ago... gotta get back on track. Coming down off this addy now haha.
